The Attic Rooftop Launches Spring/Summer Season

The Attic Rooftop Launches Spring/Summer Season

The Attic Rooftop celebrated their third spring and summer launch party, featuring a night of drinking and dancing, hosted by actor Dean Winters. The Attic, owned by New York City nightlife experts Mino Habib and Paul Seres, welcomed over 200 guests to their indoor/outdoor lounge area to enjoy the beautiful evening of April 20th. Serving up signature cocktails and appetizers throughout the night, guests were treated to a soundtrack by DJ Yacine and music from The Violin Diva Sarina Suno, all while watching the sunset over the city rooftops.

The Hell’s Kitchen lounge is completed with a relaxed, living room feel indoors, the floor to ceiling windows giving way cozy seating, a large bar and dj booth, all facing the Manhattan rooftop. Leading outside are more couches and chairs to relax on, as well a bar and decorative lighting around the exterior of the space. As we sat down on the comfy couches inside, we were served the night’s signature cocktails, including the Manhattan Melon with House Basil infused vodka, The Diplomat, with Patron, and Strawberry Fields with Grey Goose (a personal favorite). There were also wines by Rischio Reale to choose from, along with delicious and fun alcoholic ice pops created by Liquid Lab NYC’s Parker Boase and Gregory Lucas. Given in glasses, you could either munch on the pop or wait for it to melt to enjoy your drink.

Friendly waitresses walked around serving samples of hors d’oeuvres, including Executive Chef Nadia S. Day’s vegetable spring rolls, sliders and mac and cheese bites and an over-the-top dessert spread courtesy of Chocolate Terrace. After enjoying our snacks and drinks, we made our way to the outdoor rooftop, where we bumped shoulders with guests like Project Runway alum Daniel Feld and models Kasia Struss and Travis Smith. Everyone talked, enjoyed their drinks, and snapped photos of the sunset, which happened to be one of the most beautiful of the season so far.

Bringing a calm and cool feel high above the hectic Manhattan streets, The Attic is your new spring and summer spot to get away for a few drinks after work or bring friends to lounge and enjoy the company, cocktails, and sunshine. Whether you’re going to relax or going to dance the night away, make sure to take in the views and cool down with a frozen ice pop. You’ll never know who you’ll run into!
